Brief

Distil the incredible architecture, amenity and location of Beulah International’s flagship Melbourne CBD tower into a brand proposition which appeals to both local and international audiences.  

Result

A strong brand promise and identity: 95% of the flats were sold in just 4 days on a very competitive market. Articulated around a sublime architecture and lifestyle, the brand promises the experience of mastery.
